This file contains a list of Notaries who are currently certified to perform Notarial acts in the State of Delaware. This will show the notary name, commission number, and city notary is located in. This will also show if the notary is approved for electronic or remote notarization. If approved for Electronic Notarization, the notary is approved to notarize electronic records. If approved for Remote Notarization, the notary is approved to notarize records belonging to an individual who is not physically located in the presence of the Notary Public.
